Regarding Customization...

We are pleased to extend our esteemed customizing services to you, encompassing various options such as fittings, ITO, saya, and more. Feel empowered to tailor your katana to your preferences. Below are some essential details and guidelines related to our customization services......

● Fittings Compatibility

Fittings are not sold individually; you must have at least one blade (except Nightingale) in your cart for customization. Fittings must be compatible with the brands of blades. For instance, RC fittings can only be fitted onto an RC katana or PA fittings to PA blades......

You are not allowed to fit a set of Rose Chaser (RC) fittings onto a Purger Armory (PA) blade. For example, if you add an RC blade and a set of PA fittings to your cart without any other items, this combination is not permissible. In such cases, we will contact you via email to discuss rearranging or canceling the order.

● How to customize

Please click on the "ADD A NOTE" button on the bottom left corner of your CART PAGE and provide clear instructions on which set of fittings you'd like with which blade. You can leave these instructions on the checkout page. Note: If you have both a katana and fittings in your cart without specific instructions during checkout, we will assume you do not require installation. In such cases, your chosen fittings will be delivered alongside your katana in the same package but not pre-installed.

● It takes time

Customized orders require additional processing time. The customization process involves more than just replacing old fittings with new ones. Delicate procedures are undertaken to ensure a seamless fit without any gaps or wobbles between the tsuka and fittings. We appreciate your patience during this meticulous process.

● We charge you nothing but a bit longer time of waiting for the installation. Cheers!

● No refund

Refunds are not applicable for customized orders, and unless under special circumstances, there is no provision for returns. Our policy mandates that the total amount for customized orders must be paid in full as a single lump sum. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms.
